If you are not satisfied with a ring pillow, garter, or headpiece, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund, minus 10% restocking fee.
On all of our custom made and pre-made veils, we have a "no refund" policy; on veils, however, we WILL give you credit if you are unhappy with the way your veil turned out (maybe it was simply different than the way you envisioned it to be). Please give us a call at 503-577-7588 or email within three days of receiving it and we will be happy to discuss it with you, and will either try to re-do the veil to your satisfaction, or we will give you the credit and make another one for you that will hopefully be to your specifications. We want you to be completely happy with your bridal veil!
